Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Names DailyPay One of the Best Places to Work

We are absolutely honored to announce that DailyPay was named one of the Best Places to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. This award is based on the quality of a company’s culture, which we take very seriously at DailyPay. Our MSP office was selected from over 300 local nominations for this year’s award. This is the 23rd annual award, making it the Twin Cities’ longest-running awards program for outstanding workplaces. 

The research and scoring for this award was completed by Quantum Workplace and the Business Journal. It was designed to honor “superior organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged.” Compensation, quality of benefits packages, employee engagement and trust in senior leadership were all taken into consideration when evaluating the nominees. We’re thrilled to announce that DailyPay was a top-scoring business in the medium-size company category for those criteria.

We’ve worked diligently to build a presence in Minneapolis equal to the one we have in New York City, and this award affirms that those efforts are working. We are so proud of our MSP team and their dedication to establishing our company culture on a new frontier. We take pride in being a leader in the financial technology space, as well as a business leader in Minnesota.
